Here at CDC NSW we thrive on great customer service and applaud our staff when they remind us how important it is to always serve our communities through exceptional customer service.
One of our drivers Phil Noble from Transborder Express operated the NSW TrainLink service from Eden to Canberra. On the 2nd of January 2017 he received a compliment from a customer on board his bus who witnessed Phil help a young customer travelling alone. The customer wrote saying “It was truly lovely to see this small act of kindness. Thank you for employing such a decent man with such great customer service”. Phil Noble has received 3 compliments in past months for excellent customer service.
